Castello was born around the stoves of our first restaurant, Le Castle.

A rather bold gamble in the midst of a crisis like the one we are living through today, but it came from a genuine desire to bring joy and meet the growing demand for an Italian restaurant in Pierrefonds.

Today, with great pleasure, we and our team present to you this new restaurant after more than nine months of renovation, during which we completely redid everything — from the kitchen to the dining room, including the six rooms that make up the building.

To offer you truly authentic Italian cuisine, most of our products are DOP (the Italian equivalent of AOP), sourced directly from Italy thanks to a supplier who imports everything from there. He is committed to working with local Italian producers to bring us the very best.

To accompany this Italian menu, we have carefully selected a wine list filled with Italian wines that are sure to transport you.

Whether indoors or on the terrace, Castello is the perfect place for celebrations or business meals.
