Our Team

Castello was born around the stoves of our first restaurant, Le Castle.

A rather bold gamble in the midst of a crisis like the one we are currently going through, but it came from a sincere desire to bring joy and meet the growing demand for an Italian restaurant in Pierrefonds.

Today, with great pleasure, we and our team present this new restaurant to you, after more than nine months of renovation, during which we completely redid everything — from the kitchen to the dining room, including the nine rooms that make up the building.

To offer you 100% Italian cuisine, most of our products are DOP (Italian equivalent of AOP), sourced directly from Italy thanks to a supplier who imports everything directly from there. He is committed to working with local Italian producers to bring us the very best.

To accompany this Italian menu, we’ve carefully selected a wine list of Italian wines that will surely take you on a journey.

Whether indoors or on the terrace, Castello is the perfect place for festive meals or business gatherings.
